Every organization I worked in had the same problem. Smart people doing repetitive work. Systems that were supposed to automate things but didn't. Handoffs that required a human in the loop for no good reason. I spent those years building the internal tools and automation infrastructure that actually worked. The kind that kept running after I left.

I founded Wolffbyte Studio when AI agents became capable enough to do this for any business, not just ones with a Fortune 500 engineering budget. We build the systems I always wished existed.

Two-node k3s cluster. If there's a managed service for it, we've probably rebuilt it ourselves. We own the stack end to end. No black boxes in production.

Why this exists

The honest version

I spent over 15 years inside large FinTech organizations watching the same thing happen over and over. A team would buy a platform that was supposed to automate a workflow. The demos were impressive. Six months later, the workflow still needed three people to touch it, two of them were just moving data between systems, and nobody could explain why it had to work that way.

I was usually the person building the internal tools that actually fixed it. Not the enterprise platform. The glue layer. The script that ran every night and stopped requiring a person to log in and click something. The internal API that two systems should have had all along. The automation that everyone said was "too complex" until someone just built it.

I founded Wolffbyte Studio because AI agents finally make it possible to build those systems for any business. Not just ones with a Fortune 500 budget and a team of engineers. The first one we deployed for a client was a lead research system for a marketing agency. It enriches every inbound lead before anyone touches it, scores by fit, and surfaces the ones worth calling first. It has been running in production since day one without anyone babysitting it.

That is the only kind of system we want to build. Not a demo. Not a pilot. Something live, measurable, and running while you sleep.

The pitch I would give myself

"You have a process that a person is doing every week. That person is smart and capable and they hate doing that process. We can build something that does it instead. Not a tool they have to use, an agent that runs. The first time it works without anyone asking it to, you will wonder what else you have been doing by hand."
